Warsoft Nation Rental Agreement

Damage deposit: $100 per rental (cash deposit only, except for group bookings, which are subject to separate deposit terms).
Rentals do not include Airsoft BBs.

All equipment is tested prior to and after gameplay to ensure functionality. Any issues or damage will be inspected at the discretion of Warsoft Nation Airsoft Field

If damage is determined to have been caused by negligence or improper use, a portion or all of the damage deposit will be applied toward necessary repairs or replacement. Repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the original method of payment.

 

The renter agrees that the Warsoft Nation Airsoft rental technician has complete and final say on pre and post inspection of AEG rental items.

A valid government issued photo ID with date of birth confirming the renter is 18 years of age or older is required. A copy of the ID will be kept on file until the rentals are returned. Deposit must be paid in cash.

 

Parents or guardians may rent AEG rentals on behalf of minor player(s), provided that they remain on-site for the entire duration of gameplay.
