PRE PAY GAME WAVIER: All participants attending and/or visiting Warsoft Nation, the participant is personally responsible for adhering to any and all updates, changes and/or restrictions implemented by Warsoft Nation and/or any and all municipal, provincial or federal governing systems. Participant assumes all liability for any damages, health issues and/or injuries (force majeure,) sustained while on the Warsoft Nation Airsoft Field property (1641-C 3rd Line Road West, Ohsweken, Ontario Canada). The participant further acknowledges and agrees that Warsoft Nation Airsoft Field employees, partners and/or representatives are not responsible for any personal damages, injuries, illness, theft, legal fees and/or fines that may occur as a result of visiting/attending/gaming on Warsoft Nation Airsoft Field property and promotions.
