NOTE: Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian provide full information and be fully aware of this forms purpose, contents and agreements.  Parent/Guardian must attend event and provide final approval for all underage players.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages, losses, or harm that I may sustain, regardless of cause, while on the premises located at  1642 C 3rd Line Rd West (Greenfield Road), Ohsweken Ontario CANADA (the “Property”).

I further acknowledge and agree that Warsoft Nation Airsoft Field, including its owners, employees, partners, affiliates, and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), shall not be held liable or responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses—whether physical, emotional, or financial—that may occur during participation in any activities, games, scenarios, or events on the Property.

This waiver expressly includes, but is not limited to, any liability arising from:

  • Negligence (whether gross or ordinary),

  • Force Majeure events,

  • Participation in organized games or unsupervised activity,

  • The transmission of illnesses, including communicable or airborne diseases (e.g., COVID-19 or other viruses or infections),

  • Personal disputes or injuries,

  • Property damage or theft.

All participants attending and/or visiting Warsoft Nation are personally responsible for adhering to any and all rules, updates, changes, and/or restrictions implemented by Warsoft Nation and/or any municipal, provincial, or federal governing authority. The participant further acknowledges and agrees that they are personally responsible for any theft, legal fees, and/or fines that may arise as a result of their actions or conduct while visiting, attending, or gaming on the Property.

Minors (under the age of 18) are only permitted to participate with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian must:

  • Sign this Waiver of Liability on behalf of the minor participant at the field in person, and

  • Be physically present to accompany and supervise the minor at all times while on the Property.

By providing my full legal name (above) and signature below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Waiver of Liability. I understand that this document has legal effect and is binding under applicable laws in the jurisdiction of Canada.
